50% service commission and 15% retail product commission Color Me Nash is seeking a Master Hairstylist with advanced skills, an established clientele, and a passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. This role is for an experienced stylist who can confidently handle complex services and help newer team members grow. What you'll do Bring and continue serving your existing clientele while welcoming new guests. Perform advanced cutting, color, blonding, corrective color, extensions, or other services within your specialties. Lead detailed consultations and develop realistic plans for complex appointments. Build guest loyalty through rebooking and personalized home care recommendations. Mentor developing stylists and share your expertise with the team. Maintain service notes, sanitation standards, and an organized station. Create at least one individual Instagram Reel each week featuring your work, following salon guidelines. Arrive prepared at least 15 minutes before your first appointment. What we're looking for An active Tennessee cosmetology license. An established clientele that you plan to bring with you. Extensive experience behind the chair and a strong portfolio. Advanced skills in at least one specialty area. Excellent consultation, problem-solving, and guest service skills. A professional, team-minded approach to mentoring others.
