Job Overview Barber - Booth Rental Opportunity We are helping an established local barbershop in North/Central Austin, Highland area, fill 5 available barber chairs . This is an independent booth/chair rental opportunity, NOT an hourly or salaried employee position. Booth Rental First 4 weeks: $150 per week After the first month: $200 per week What We Offer Professional barber chair and workstation Established operating barbershop Walk-in customer traffic Opportunity to build and grow your own clientele Barber keeps their own service revenue under the booth-rental arrangement Requirements Valid Texas Barber License - Required Must provide your own barber tools and equipment Professional and reliable Experience as a barber Comfortable building and maintaining your own clientele English or Spanish accepted Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Important The shop receives walk-in customers; however, walk-in traffic alone is not guaranteed to provide a full client book . Barbers should be prepared to develop their clientele through referrals, social media, Instagram, Facebook, and other networking efforts. Before receiving the shop's name and exact address, candidates will be asked to confirm their license, experience, availability, current clientele, and understanding of the weekly booth-rental structure. This is a booth rental opportunity. The barber is responsible for their own business, tools, clientele, and weekly chair rental.
