We are currently seeking a talented, self-motivated Advanced Stylist to join our team. The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Stylist with a minimum of 5 years behind the chair. You must be a true artist who is proficient in all aspects of hair design—from precision cutting on all lengths (including fades and short hair) to complex coloring techniques. As an Advanced Stylist, you will be expected to deliver a luxury experience to every client, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform expert haircuts on all hair lengths and textures, including curly cuts, precision short cuts and fades. Execute advanced color services including Balayage, highlights, custom/creative colors, and color correction. Provide a luxury guest experience, ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and pampered. Actively work to build and retain a clientele (or bring a partial existing clientele). Participate in salon duties and support the team ecosystem; we value "team players" who help keep the salon running smoothly. Commit to continuous growth by attending mandatory in-salon classes and furthering your education. Self-manage your schedule and station to ensure timeliness and efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience:

5+ years of professional salon experience is required.

Technical Skills:

Mastery of cutting (all lengths/fades) and coloring.

Aveda Training:

Previous Aveda training/experience is highly preferred.

Schedule:

Must commit to at least 35 hours per week, including Saturdays or Sundays.

Soft Skills:

Must be punctual, self-motivated, and professional.

License:

Current Texas Cosmetology License.
