Our team consists of 9 Hair Stylists, a Massage Therapist, a Lash Extensions Artist, and an Esthetician. Join a thriving, established 20-year Salon. Fixed weekly lease rate, with your first 4 weeks at half-off to help you make the transition. Responsibilities Core Professional Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Technical Services:

Perform high-quality hair services, including precision cutting, advanced coloring (Balayage, highlights, etc.), and specialized styling based on client needs.

Independent Schedule Management:

Efficiently manage personal booking, appointments, and client communication to ensure a smooth daily workflow.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and consistent professional consultation.

Sanitation & Compliance:

Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with TDLR regulations and salon safety standards.

Business & Operational Duties:

Retail & Inventory Management:

Manage personal product inventory.

Financial Autonomy:

Handle all personal point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate records for independent tax and business purposes.

Collaborative Environment:

Contribute to a positive, professional salon culture by maintaining shared common areas (shampoo stations, work areas) and interacting respectfully with fellow stylists. Why join us?
