Full or part time available, will train, and provide continuing education classes. Hourly or commission available. Commission is based on skill, and experience, all chemicals supplies provided. Duties Building a clientele in an established salon Giving great customer service to new and exixting clients. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification from an accredited institution. Proven experience in hair styling; additional skills in barbering are a plus. Salon attire, with hair and hygeine reflecting the beauty industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive client experience. Being reliable for both clients and co workers. A passion for mentoring others in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
