EXPERIENCED STYLIST
Artistik Edge | Dallas, TX Artistik Edge is looking for an experienced, well-rounded stylist to join our team. We're looking for someone with 5-10+ years behind the chair who is confident in their craft, enjoys working with all types of guests, and is comfortable providing a full range of salon services—including cutting, color, styling, and facial waxing . Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that being a great stylist isn't just about what happens at your chair. It's about the team, the guest experience, and the culture we create together. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Behind the Chair Provide exceptional hair services with confidence, consistency, and attention to detail. Perform haircuts, styling, color services, and facial waxing . Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized recommendations for every guest. Maintain a high standard of technical skill while continuing to learn and evolve. Recommend appropriate at-home care and services based on each guest's individual needs. Create an experience that makes guests feel seen, cared for, and excited to return. Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and genuine relationships. Be Part of the Team Work collaboratively with stylists, associates, and the Concierge team. Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive studio environment. Be willing to jump in and help when the team needs you. Communicate clearly and respectfully with both guests and teammates. Participate in education, team meetings, events, and other opportunities that support the growth of the studio. Strive to improve, learn and grow as a person and as a professional. Contribute to the overall success of Artistik Edge.

YOU... Have 5-10+ years of professional salon experience . Are confident and proficient in cutting, color, styling, and facial waxing. Have strong consultation and communication skills. THE SCHEDULE
We are looking for someone who can contribute to our evening and weekend availability . Part-time availability is welcome. We're more interested in finding the right person and the right fit than forcing someone into a schedule that doesn't work for them.
