to schedule appointments, process sales, and maintain accurate client records Engage in retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling aesthetic products to enhance client results and satisfaction Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment adhering to all health regulations while managing front desk responsibilities like guest services and appointment bookings Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and boost brand visibility through engaging content management Requirements Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices and safety protocols Experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair threading, tattooing (if applicable), and other aesthetic treatments Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations and coordinate team efforts effectively Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or
