for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations and store policies. Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations. Upsell retail products like hair care items and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Manage client consultations to discuss desired looks, explain hair care routines, and educate on color theory or styling techniques. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering, or advanced styling methods. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of hair care products, coloring techniques, and sanitation practices. Skilled in hair styling, cutting, coloring, waxing services. Excellent communication skills for client consultations and retail sales interactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
