Overview Join our Chuco Cuts Team as a Licensed Barber and bring your passion for grooming and style to life! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional haircuts, shaves, and styling services that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. As a vital part of our Barber Shop environment, you'll combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere where clients keep coming back. Responsibilities Perform precise haircuts, shaves using straight razors, scissors and various styling techniques tailored to each client's preferences Provide expert advice on hair care to enhance client satisfaction Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service Engage with clients through clear communication, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations for products and services Mentor junior team members on barbering techniques, customer service excellence, and store management practices Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the hair cutting industry Strong knowledge of hair cutting and hair styling techniques Hands-on experience with sanitation protocols and store management responsibilities Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members Familiarity with retail math, upselling strategies, and client communication to enhance sales performance Ability to mentor others in barbering skills and customer service standards Join us if you're passionate about elevating grooming experiences through skillful barbering combined with exceptional client care.
