Sweet & Sassy of West Fort Worth is looking for our next superstar stylist. We're not looking for just anyone who can pick up a pair of scissors. We're looking for that rare combination of talented stylist, kid whisperer, people person, and reliable rockstar. Our ideal stylist LOVES what they do and genuinely enjoys making children feel special. They know how to make a little girl feel like a princess, help a nervous child feel comfortable, and make Mom feel confident that her child is in great hands. What makes you our unicorn? You're talented with a haircut. You're confident cutting children's hair and know how to work with different hair types, ages, and personalities. You love to braid. Braiding is a big part of what we do, and we're looking for someone who enjoys creating fun, beautiful styles. You enjoy the full salon experience. Kid-friendly makeup, manicures, and pedicures are staples at Sweet & Sassy. Experience is wonderful, but we're willing to train the right person. Ear piercing experience is a plus. If you have experience, great. If not, we can teach you. Boys' haircut experience is a bonus, but not required. You're great with parents. You can confidently explain what you're doing, make recommendations, and educate parents on appropriate home care so they can maintain their child's hair between visits. You're genuinely fun and outgoing. You can engage a three-year-old and have a great conversation with Mom five minutes later.
