Duties Assist the Salon Leader in managing daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to sanitation standards. Support team members by mentoring and providing guidance on hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering techniques. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate hair care products or services. Utilize salon software such as to schedule appointments, process transactions, and track client preferences efficiently. Drive retail sales through upselling and retail math strategies while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to uphold health standards across services like straight razor shaves and hair threading. Collaborate with the team to achieve store management goals, including client communication and retail sales targets. Skills Proficiency with salon software platforms such as

for appointment booking and client management. Strong knowledge of hair care, coloring techniques, hair extensions, and hair styling. Experience working in the beauty industry with a solid understanding of cosmetology principles and color theory. Skilled in barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and hair threading. Excellent communication skills for client consultation, team mentoring, and retail sales conversations. Ability to maintain high sanitation standards while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated experience in store management or leadership roles within a salon environment. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude that energizes the team.
