Foster excellent client communication by listening attentively and delivering personalized recommendations for hair care routines and treatments. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in hair cuts for kids Proficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms. Strong understanding of color theory and hair care products to advise clients effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clientele.
