We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about braiding, committed to excellent customer service, and eager to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Ongoing training is provided to keep our stylists up to date with the latest trends. Responsibilities Perform neat, high-quality braiding services with precision Styles include Knotless Braids, Boho Knotless, cornrows, stitch braids, Bora Bora Knotless, crochet braids, and more Consult with clients to determine desired styles and provide recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace Ensure excellent customer service and overall client satisfaction Assist with client check-in/check-out and provide refreshments Collaborate with team members to deliver a great client experience Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years professional braiding experience completing neat braids with precision Fast, neat, and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual (arrive 15-30 minutes early) Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment Physically able to stand, sit, and move for extended periods Schedule Requirements Must be available to work at least 4 days per week, 8 hours a day Friday and Saturday availability is required 8am to 6pm shifts available Benefits Flexible schedule Employee and store discounts Opportunities for advancement Additional Requirements Must be able to commute 45 minutes or less to
