The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of hairstyling experience and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of clients with special needs. This role involves providing professional hairdressing services in clinics, ensuring each client feels comfortable, valued, and cared for.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients with special needs in a clinic setting.
  • Demonstrate patience, kindness, and understanding to create a supportive environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families or caregivers.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and uphold the dignity of clients at all times.
Requirements:
Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional hairdressing experience. Patience, kindness, and a caring attitude. Strong desire to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. Valid Texas Driver's License. Dependable transportation to travel to clinics in the DFW area. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. About the
