to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline operations Perform specialized services including hair extensions, hair threading, and straight razor shaves with precision and care Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon policies Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their desired outcomes and offer expert recommendations on hair care products and retail items Upsell retail products by applying retail math skills and upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair coloring techniques, color theory, and store management practices Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state law Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of diverse hair styling techniques Proficiency with salon software such as
