You get to make your own schedule! Work the days and hours that best fit your lifestyle and clientele. ​

Station Setup:

You will be assigned a designated station. Please ensure your setup is clean, organized, and fully equipped before your first client. ​Shop Model & Compensation ​

Booth Rent:

Urban Edge operates on a competitive booth-rent model. ​

Rent Payments:

Booth rent is due according to your signed agreement. ​

Pricing & Services:

You maintain full control over your books, schedule, and clientele while adhering to the quality standards of the shop. ​Standards & Expectations​1. Professionalism & Sanitation ​

State Board Compliance:

Always maintain a valid Texas Barber License displayed at your station. ​

Station Cleanliness:

Sweep hair after every cut, sanitize tools (clippers, guards, shears, combs) between clients, and keep your station spotless. ​

Dress Code:

Clean, stylish, and professional attire fitting the shop's modern vibe. ​2. Client Experience ​

Punctuality:

Respect your clients' time by staying on schedule for appointments and walk-ins. ​

Communication:

Provide thorough consultations before starting any service to ensure complete client satisfaction. ​

Atmosphere:

Keep the music, language, and conversations welcoming and respectful for all shop guests.

Pay:

$35.00 - $105.00 per hour
