Howdy! I'm Yadira — a massage therapist, a mother, and the owner of Yacobewell, a boutique wellness center in Katy built by therapists, for therapists. This year we finished something I've dreamed about since we opened: our fifth room. It isn't another treatment room. It's a dedicated Japanese head spa suite, built around a Takara Belmont Yume chair with a hydro-waterfall system — the same equipment used in the head spas of Tokyo, and one of the very few in the Katy and West Houston area. The room is fully equipped, generously stocked, and has its own independent restroom access. It is finished. What it doesn't have yet is you. I'm not looking to fill a chair. I'm looking for one licensed cosmetologist or hairstylist who wants to own this room, master our head spa rituals, and grow a service line as if it were their own practice — inside an ecosystem that handles the bookings, the marketing, and the front desk for you. • Own the fifth room: deliver our three signature Japanese head spa rituals — Balance (60 min), Revive (90 min), and Transform (120 min) — from scalp analysis and double cleanse through hydro-waterfall therapy, deep scalp treatment, and finishing routines
• Refine the protocols: you'll start by mastering and rounding out our existing ritual protocols; as you grow with us, we're open to expanding the menu around your strengths
• Create a true luxury experience: warm, unhurried, premium service from check-in to check-out, consistent with the care our massage therapists deliver next door
• Educate and retain: guide clients on scalp and hair health between visits, and recommend retail products that genuinely support their treatment plan
• Keep the suite pristine: maintain the room, equipment, and stock to Yacobewell's standards — this room is a showpiece, and it stays that way Your First 90 Days You'll join as a W-2 employee from day one, beginning with a 90-day paid immersion and evaluation period — time for us to train you on our rituals, equipment, and standards, and for you to confirm Yacobewell is the right fit.

• Active Texas Cosmetology Operator license and TDLR Hairstylist specialty license (required — our rituals include shampoo services, scalp treatments, and hair finishing)
• Dual licensure as an Esthetician is a strong plus — our rituals integrate facial routines
• Experience with scalp treatments, shampoo services, or spa-side hair care; head spa experience is wonderful but not required — we will train the right person
• Calm, detail-obsessed, and comfortable with the slower, deliberate pacing of luxury service
• Collaborative and professional, with pride in maintaining an immaculate space
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a nice-to-have, not required Compensation & Schedule
• Customizable W-2 pay structure: hourly base guarantee or high-yield service commission — you are paid the greater of the two each week
• Our head spa rituals run $145
• 235 per service, so commission earnings scale quickly with your book
