18|8 Fine Men's Salon - Keller is looking for an experienced Master Stylist with strong men's cutting skills and professional color experience. We are seeking a confident, polished stylist who can provide precision men's haircuts while also performing services such as grey blending, full color, highlights, and color transformations. The ideal candidate delivers excellent consultations, builds lasting client relationships, and takes pride in creating an elevated guest experience. Responsibilities Perform high-quality men's haircuts using shear and clipper techniques Conduct thorough consultations based on each client's hair, lifestyle, and desired look Perform grey blending, full color, highlights, and other professional color services Style and finish each service to a high standard Recommend professional products and educate clients on at-home maintenance Encourage rebooking and build strong client relationships Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Follow all sanitation, safety, and salon standards Support a positive and team-oriented salon environment Qualifications Valid Texas cosmetology or barber license required Professional experience behind the chair required Strong men's cutting and styling skills required Professional color experience strongly preferred Comfortable working with different hair textures, lengths, and styles Excellent consultation and customer-service skills Dependable, professional, and motivated to grow Existing clientele is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive commission-based compensation Retail commission opportunities Upscale and professional salon environment Established location in Keller Town Center Marketing and client outreach support Opportunity to grow your clientele Supportive, team-oriented workplace Ongoing opportunities for professional growth Schedule Our salon is open Tuesday through Saturday.
