Job Summary Top Cut Barbershop is seeking motivated, professional, and customer-service-oriented Barbers and Stylists to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the barbering and beauty industry and committed to providing high-quality grooming and styling services in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Duties and Responsibilities
Provide professional barbering and/or hairstyling services to clients
Perform haircuts, trims, fades, beard grooming, and styling services
Shaving experience is preferred but not required
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
Manage appointment scheduling and client flow as needed
Follow all Texas state barbering/cosmetology licensing and sanitation regulations
Support a positive and team-oriented work environment
Perform additional duties related to barbering and styling services as assigned
Requirements
Active Texas Barber or Cosmetology License required
Previous barbering or hairstyling experience preferred
Shaving experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
