Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, and special occasion styles to meet client preferences. Perform hair coloring techniques using advanced color theory principles to achieve desired results safely and efficiently. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry regulations. Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, offering expert advice on hair care products, retail sales, and upselling opportunities. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state law. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of styling work. Proficiency in salon software systems for appointment booking and client management. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe salon environment.
