We're growing our team and looking for a licensed Hair Stylist who is friendly, professional, reliable, and ready to grow with us. We provide steady walk-in traffic, a supportive team environment, and real opportunities to build your own clientele . The Opportunity This is a commission-based position paying 40-45% of your service sales each pay period . The more you produce, the higher your commission tier. 40-45% commission based on service sales $12/hour minimum guaranteed — you always have a floor while building your clientele You keep 100% of your tips No chair rent No product fees Steady walk-in traffic helps fill your column while you build your own book Management support to help you grow your clientele — not just put you on the floor and leave you to figure it out Many established stylists earn $25-$35+/hour including commission and tips Whether you're a newer stylist looking for somewhere to grow without paying suite rent or an experienced stylist who wants a real team instead of working solo in a booth , we'd love to talk with you. What We're Looking For Active Texas Cosmetology License Hair styling experience preferred Strong haircutting and styling skills Color and highlighting experience strongly preferred Comfortable consulting with guests about their hair goals Friendly, professional, and reliable Team-oriented and customer-focused Positive attitude and willingness to learn Interested in building a clientele and growing professionally Comfortable being part of our salon's social media and educational content Location FS Cut & Color - McKinney, TX Conveniently located near McKinney Ranch and Lake Forest .
