Job Summary Nova Headspa & Medspa is looking for a talented, reliable, and passionate Licensed Esthetician/ Cosmetologist for Head Spas, Facials & Lashes to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who is passionate about beauty, wellness, skincare, and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is confident performing hands-on services, has excellent customer service and communication skills, and is comfortable assisting with front desk responsibilities, retail sales, rebooking, and service/product recommendations. Responsibilities Perform luxury head spa and scalp treatments, including scalp cleansing, exfoliation, shampooing, conditioning, scalp massage, and relaxation techniques. Perform customized facial treatments based on each guest's skin type and skincare goals. Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products. Perform classic, hybrid, and/or volume lash extensions, fills, and removal as qualified. Maintain excellent lash application techniques with a focus on cleanliness, safety, retention, and natural-looking results. Create a relaxing, personalized, and elevated experience for every guest. Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance for their services. Maintain knowledge of all products, services, treatment protocols, and aftercare. Assist with front desk duties , including greeting guests, answering phones, responding to client inquiries, checking guests in and out, scheduling appointments, and managing appointment flow. Assist clients with booking and rebooking future appointments to encourage client retention. Confidently recommend additional services, upgrades, and retail products based on each guest's individual needs. Participate in upselling and cross-selling services and products while maintaining a genuine, client-focused approach. Educate guests on memberships, packages, add-on services, retail products, and other offerings when applicable. Assist with processing payments and maintaining accurate appointment and client information. Maintain excellent communication with guests before, during, and after their appointments. Properly sanitize and disinfect all tools, equipment, and treatment areas between clients. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room and work environment. Assist with keeping common areas clean, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms. Properly restock supplies and communicate supply needs to management. Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, communication, and conduct. Follow all applicable state licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements. Build positive relationships with clients and encourage rebooking and long-term client retention. Participate in ongoing training and education as needed. Work collaboratively with the Nova Headspa & Medspa team to maintain a high standard of service. Qualifications Current Texas license appropriate for the services being performed. Experience performing professional facials and skincare treatments. Experience performing head spa or scalp treatments preferred. Lash extension certification and/or experience required for lash services. Experience with classic, hybrid, and/or volume lash extensions preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfortable interacting with guests both in the treatment room and at the front desk. Comfortable with sales, upselling, retail recommendations, and rebooking clients . Professional, dependable, punctual, and motivated. Comfortable working independently while also being a positive team player. Passionate about beauty, wellness, skincare, lashes, and client care.
