Duties Provide expert hair styling and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and features Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across all tools and workstations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Offer personalized consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling opportunities Be punctual, professional while being able to be personable is what we really look for! Being on time is a MUST. Skills Must have at least 5+ years of experience. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to uphold health standards in the salon environment Skilled in providing consultations for ALL hair types MUST know how to use scissors and execute styles with scissors. (we don't allow clipper over comb with our experience we focus on details and precision) Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and providing clear service explanations Proven ability in retail sales and upselling products or services to enhance client satisfaction/retention. We have now been in business for 2 years and are going on our third year this upcoming January 2027. We are looking for one barber to complete our team!
