Snip-its is a children's hair salon. We cut, we style, we send happy families home, and we are closed by 6 PM on weekdays and 5 PM on weekends. Our Pearland salon has steady walk-in and appointment traffic, so you are not building a book from scratch. Compensation Base pay of $13 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and license Tips are added to your paycheck each pay period, so you are not waiting on cash at the end of a shift Paid biweekly What you would do Provide haircuts and styling for children ages 6 months through 12 years Work with parents to set expectations and deliver a good experience for the whole family Keep your station clean, sanitized, and compliant with TDLR standards Support the team during busy periods Requirements Active Texas Cosmetology License or Texas Barber License Some weekend availability Comfortable working with children and families Reliable attendance and clear communication Physical requirements This role involves standing for extended periods, repetitive hand and arm motion, and occasionally lifting or assisting a child into a styling chair.
