Luxe Lounge Barbershop is looking for a skilled, driven barber to join our team! We pride ourselves on providing top-tier grooming services, precision haircuts, and excellent customer experience in an elevated shop atmosphere.

Job:

We are seeking a reliable and client-focused barber to deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and styling services. This position offers a competitive commission-based pay structure, allowing top performers high earning potential in a steady and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional grooming services, including precision cuts, fades, hot towel treatments and beard shaping. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized station in compliance with state board safety guidelines. Build and keep a loyal client base through excellent customer service. Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and recommendations. Partner with shop team members to maintain a professional workplace.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Active State barber or cosmetology license Strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts Passion for the grooming industry

Compensation:

Competitive commission with high earning potential Keep 100% of your tips
