Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations on hair care products and services. Foster a welcoming environment by building strong relationships through excellent client communication and attentive customer service. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist or barber with a focus on senior clientele preferred. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols specific to salon environments. Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients of all backgrounds.
