Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hair cutting and hair styling techniques and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Our business offers a friendly, laid back, premium environment with hourly/commission-based pay. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair care services including barbering, able to provide fades, tapers shaves and scissor work.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
• Engage in retail sales of hair care products and upsell services to clients Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist in a salon/ barber shop environment
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment booking and client management
• Strong skills in barbering including beard trims and shaves
• Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction
• A current, valid Barbering or Cosmetology license is required
• Experience in retail sales of hair care products is a plus
• Ability to upsell services effectively to enhance the client experience
