Full Job Description Duties:

• Provide Hair services to clients, including haircuts, color, treatments, extensions, shaves, beard trims etc.
• Prefered if some knowledge in Up-do and make-up
• Mentor junior barbers and provide guidance on techniques and customer service
• Assist with retail sales of grooming products and accessories
• Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and revenue
• Assist with front desk duties as needed

Requirements:

• Valid barbering or Cosmetologist license in the state of Texas
• Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist
• Proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques and/or Hair coloring and styles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products and services
