Stay current with industry trends in hair coloring, styling techniques, hair threading, and barbering to deliver innovative services that delight clients. Valid state licensure as a Barber or Cosmetologist with proof of certification. Demonstrated experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair care, coloring, styling, and grooming techniques. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Familiarity with sanitation standards essential for maintaining a safe environment for both clients and staff. Ability to perform specialized services including straight razor shaves, hair extensions application, and hair threading. Retail sales experience with an understanding of retail math principles to maximize upselling opportunities. If none, We are willing to train.
