Luxury Style in Southlake, TX is looking for a motivated Hair Assistant / Assistant Stylist to join our team. This position is ideal for a recent cosmetology graduate or an early-career stylist who wants hands-on experience, professional training, and the opportunity to grow their career in a high-quality salon environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with hair color and highlighting services Shampoo and prepare clients Blow-dry and assist with styling Assist the stylist during salon services Prepare and organize tools, products, and work areas Maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation, and organization Provide professional and welcoming client service

What We're Looking For:

Cosmetology graduate or relevant cosmetology training Motivated, reliable, professional, and eager to learn Interest in hair color, cutting, styling, and advanced salon techniques Ability to work as part of a professional salon environment

Compensation & Opportunity:

$15-$19 per hour, depending on experience Approximately 30 hours per week Eligible tips in addition to hourly pay Paid hands-on training Professional development Opportunity for advancement and career growth You will have the opportunity to work alongside Fadi Nasr, Master Hairdresser and International Educator, and gain hands-on experience in professional hair cutting, color, balayage, transformations, styling, and hair extensions.

Southlake, TX 76092 We welcome recent graduates who are serious about developing their skills and building a long-term career in the hair industry.

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
