Duties:

• Perform a variety of cosmetology/barber services including haircuts and fades.
• Assist with front desk duties including phone calls, and greeting clients
• Educate clients on retail products and provide recommendations based on their needs
• Utilize retail math skills to calculate sales, discounts, and commissions
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience
• Mentor and train junior cosmetologists/barbers

Skills:

• Valid cosmetology license
• Strong knowledge of various cosmetology/barber techniques and trends
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficient in techniques in a timely manner
• Experience in eyebrow shaping/waaxing
• Knowledge of application methods and safety protocols
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
