- Convenient Location Responsibilities Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type Utilize our free salon software for your appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking Perform your specialized services with precision and care Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Offer expert hair care advice on products, treatments, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction Manage retail sales through upselling quality hair care products and accessories aligned with client needs•optional Build strong client relationships through effective communication skills, understanding their desires, and providing personalized recommendations Assist in greeting clients with a smile and a complementary drink Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring (color theory) Familiarity with salon software like Gloss Genius Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling and retail math calculations Ability to perform specialized services such as hair threading or straight razor shaves is a plus Passion for entrepreneurship and learning to grow your clientele Join us to elevate your career in a lively setting where your skills make a real difference!
Pay:
