Position Summary We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and talented Licensed Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about hair, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is committed to providing excellent service in a welcoming and professional salon environment. Schedule Part-time Up to 30 hours per week Flexible scheduling Weekend availability preferred Responsibilities Perform professional haircuts and styling services Shampoo, blow-dry, and finish hair Perform hair coloring, highlights, and treatments when qualified Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate services Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all Texas cosmetology sanitation and safety requirements Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships Recommend salon and retail products when appropriate Requirements Current Texas Cosmetology License — Required Strong hair cutting and styling skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with hair color, highlights, and chemical services Experience with bridal or special-event hairstyling Existing clientele is a plus, but not required Experience with Mangomint salon software is a plus Benefits Flexible scheduling Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunity to build and grow your clientele Employee discounts on salon products and services Opportunities for professional growth Pay $10•12 per hour base pay, depending on experience and skill level, plus tips.
