Join our vibrant Full Service Barbershop as a talented Barber or Cosmetologist and become a key part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional grooming and beauty services. Whether you specialize in classic barbering, modern hair styling, shaves, or beard trims, you'll thrive in a space that values your expertise and passion for helping clients look and feel their best. We have receptionists on duty so you can focus on your craft. Duties Provide a wide range of grooming services including haircuts, styling, men's coloring, shaves, and beard trims. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments based on hair type, face shape, and personal style. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness by following proper sanitation procedures for tools, equipment, and workstations. Upsell retail products like hair care items and styling tools to enhance client results and increase store revenue through effective retail math strategies. Stay current with industry trends by continuous learning and mentoring colleagues. Manage client communication professionally to ensure a positive experience from consultation through service completion while fostering long-term relationships. Skills Expertise in barbering skills such as straight razor shaves and traditional grooming services. Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations. Experience working in the men's grooming industry with a solid understanding of barbering principles including cuts, shaves, beard trims, men's waxing and men's color. Retail sales acumen with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
