In this dynamic role, you'll deliver expert hair styling, coloring, and grooming services while creating a welcoming environment that keeps clients coming back. Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling, coloring, and cutting services tailored to each client's preferences and features. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Assist with front desk duties including appointment bookings, check-ins, and managing client flow efficiently. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse services. Skilled in hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and corrective color applications. Experience performing hair styling for various occasions—from everyday looks to special events. Competence in barbering techniques using straight razors or clipper work is a plus. Strong communication skills for engaging clients effectively and building lasting relationships.
