Conduct makeup applications Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment. Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations. Upsell retail products such as hair care, styling tools, and cosmetics to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and supporting store management tasks. Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by local regulations. Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related beauty services with a portfolio of work preferred. Strong understanding of color theory to advise clients on coloring options effectively. Skilled in sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the salon environment. Excellent communication skills to connect confidently with diverse clients and team members.
