•Grooming Lounge is looking for an experienced, professional barber to join our team in the heart of Falls Church, VA. We are a modern, upscale grooming lounge focused on quality service, professionalism, and creating a great experience for every client. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and wants to grow with a busy and professional barbershop. What We're Looking For Strong barbering experience Comfortable with all types of haircuts and hairstyles Skilled in skin fades, tapers, scissor cuts, beard trims, beard shaping, and shaves Able to work with different hair types and client requests Professional and friendly with clients Reliable, responsible, and punctual Clean and organized Positive attitude and good teamwork Strong attention to detail Must have a valid Virginia license required to perform barbering services What We Offer 50

•60% commission , depending on experience Busy Falls Church location Strong walk-in and new-client traffic Professional and upscale work environment Online booking and established shop presence Opportunity to build and grow your clientele Supportive team environment We care about quality over quantity .
