Roles & Responsibilities Technical Excellence:

Execute precision haircuts, advanced coloring techniques (balayage, highlights, color correction), and luxury styling/blowouts tailored to individual client needs.

Client Consultation:

Retail Engagement:

Required Qualifications & Skills Licensure:

Active and valid state Cosmetology License.

Experience:

2+ years of behind-the-chair experience is preferred; an existing book of business is highly advantageous.

Artistry:

Strong foundation in modern hair cutting, coloring, and styling trends, with a portfolio showcasing your work (Instagram handle or digital lookbook preferred).

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect deeply with a luxury demographic.
