Job Description

Most shops hand you a chair and tell you to build a clientele from scratch. We don't. Hamadi's Hair Studio is a premium, established men's grooming studio in Vienna with active demand, full marketing infrastructure, and a 28-year master barber on-site to mentor you. We're hiring one full-time barber ready to plug into a system that's already working. What You'll Earn 50/50 commission on every service and every add-on. 100% of your tips. Our tier system rewards craft not seniority, not politics:

Junior:

$40•60 per service

Senior:

$60•80 per service

Master:

$80•100 per service Founder (Hamadi): $125•150 per service Every barber starts at Junior. You move up on craft, consistency, and clientele growth reviewed quarterly. The ceiling isn't a number we set. It's the tier you climb to. What We Hand You on Day One Active Google Ads, SEO, and marketing campaigns driving bookings to your chair Squire online booking system + walk-in traffic A fully built brand with a 5-star reputation 1-on-1 mentorship with Hamadi 28 years of experience teaching you what it takes to charge premium rates Who We're Looking For Active Virginia barber or cosmetology license Strong on fades, tapers, beard work, and modern men's cuts Independent on full services we coach as well. Punctual, coachable, professional. Negative attitude is an immediate no.
