Duties Perform professional shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatments to prepare clients for styling or coloring services Assist stylists with hair care procedures, including hair coloring, hair extensions, and hair styling techniques Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health regulations, including sanitation of tools and stations Support store management by managing appointment schedules using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their hair care needs and preferences Assist with retail sales by recommending hair care products and applying retail math skills to meet sales goals Support the team with tasks like hair threading, makeup application, and mentoring new team members when needed Qualifications Prior experience working in the beauty industry or a strong interest in developing skills in cosmetology, barbering, or related fields Knowledge of salon software systems such as
