You do not need to specialize in every service listed below. We value healthy hair, intentional styling, professionalism, and creating an experience that feels welcoming, relaxed, and elevated for every client who walks through the door. Whether your specialty is natural hair, extensions, color, cutting, silk presses, blowouts, or styling, we're looking for professionals who are confident in their craft and passionate about providing quality services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys focusing on their specialty and growing their clientele without the pressure of a traditional salon environment. We're looking for stylists who specialize in ANY of the following: Natural hair protective styling Extensions, including K-tips, tape-ins, wefts, sew-ins, and other professional extension methods (no quick weaves) Coloring, including all-over color, highlights, dimensional color, balayage, blonding, and toning Cutting and shaping Silk presses Blowouts and styling You do not need to offer all of these services. Stylists who specialize in one area as well as those who offer several are encouraged to apply. What You'll Be Doing Performing professional hair services within your area(s) of expertise Consulting with clients to understand their hair needs and desired results Prioritizing the health and integrity of the client's natural hair Educating clients on healthy hair care and maintaining their services Creating a comfortable, professional, and enjoyable client experience Maintaining sanitation standards and a clean workstation Helping clients feel confident and cared for throughout their appointment Encouraging maintenance appointments and future bookings What We're Looking For Experience in at least one of the specialties listed above Understanding of healthy hair care practices Strong technical skills within your specialty Professionalism, reliability, and excellent client communication A calm, welcoming, and positive attitude Portfolio or social media showcasing your work preferred Proper Virginia licensing as required for services performed What We Offer Commission pay True flexible scheduling Luxury studio atmosphere Supportive, growth-minded environment Creative independence with structure and professionalism
