Job Summary Now hiring Stylists looking to rent a station at Square Roots Salon. The Salon has 1435 ft.² of space and is located across from Bellevue Square and the park. Complementary parking is provided in the Safeway for guests and Stylists. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cosmetology and a flair for creativity, providing exceptional hair care services to our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with guests, while promoting salon services and products. Stylists Services Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products. Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, makeup application, and hair extensions. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost retail sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon atmosphere. Exleriemce Valid cosmetology license required; barbering experience is a plus. Previous experience in a salon environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
