  Cosmetologist

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team. As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our clients, including color, cuts and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cosmetology and possess excellent communication skills to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Duties:

• Perform various beauty services such as Hair color application, root color matching, highlighting and Balayage techniques, men's and women's cuts .
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information.
• Demonstrate expertise in store management to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending and selling beauty products to clients.
• Apply knowledge of retail math to handle transactions accurately.

• Qualifications:

• Active Washington State cosmetology license required
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience
• Proven experience in cosmetology with a focus on color, lightening and cut services.
• Proficiency in using salon software (Gloss Genius) for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Knowledge of mens cuts is a plus.
• Ability to engage in retail sales and apply basic retail math principles.
