We are seeking one talented, AVEDA-trained Hair Stylist with five or more years of professional experience to join our team as a Level 4 Stylist . This opportunity is ideal for an experienced stylist who is passionate about technical excellence, building lasting guest relationships, and continuing to grow within a premier luxury salon dedicated to professional development and exceptional service.

Saturdays Compensation:

40-55% of service sales plus tips Initial hourly base provided during onboarding $2,500 Sign-On / Retention Bonus for the right full-time candidate The Role As a Hair Stylist at JAX Luxury Salon, you will deliver high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming, personalized, and elevated experience for every guest. Your technical expertise, creativity, and commitment to service excellence will help our guests look and feel their best. Key Responsibilities Deliver a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments Perform advanced techniques, including hair extensions, to meet individual guest needs Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest goals and provide tailored recommendations Educate guests on AVEDA products and rituals to enhance results and overall experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations Stay current with AVEDA trends and techniques through ongoing education (Pure Pro) Apply strong color theory knowledge to achieve consistent, beautiful results Support daily salon operations and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an AVEDA Hair Stylist Strong guest service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships Experience with hair extensions and advanced coloring techniques strongly preferred Team-oriented mindset with accountability for individual performance and growth Join JAX Luxury Salon and be part of a legacy built on artistry, education, and exceptional guest care.
