We're growing our collective and looking for licensed cosmetologists who want to specialize in something a little different! Arch Beauty Collective is expanding our newest experience: The Arch Head Spa. This isn't a traditional hairstylist position. We're looking for someone who is excited about the wellness side of the beauty industry and wants to specialize in scalp care, relaxation, hair health, and creating an unforgettable guest experience. Our Head Spa experience combines scalp analysis, cleansing and exfoliation, massage, water + steam therapy, and finishing services to give our guests something they rarely make enough time for: a chance to completely slow down. If you love the beauty industry but feel especially drawn to creating an experience, not just performing a service, this may be your place! Requirements:

Valid Washington State cosmetology license A genuine interest in scalp care, hair health, and wellness Strong massage and guest-care mindset Comfortability with social media and appearing in brand content Availability to work evenings and weekends (specifically Sunday + Monday) Previous head spa experience is not required! We will train the right cosmetologist in the Arch Head Spa method.
