We are preparing to move into a beautiful, brand-new salon and spa in Renton , designed to provide an elevated experience for both our clients and our team. MODA is an established, upscale salon with a strong reputation and loyal clientele. We are looking for a talented, professional experienced hair stylist who takes pride in their craft, values exceptional client service, and wants to build a long-term career in a high-end salon environment. What We're Looking For Our ideal stylist: Has professional salon experience and a valid Washington State cosmetology license Is confident in cutting, styling, and modern color techniques Provides thorough consultations and creates customized looks for each client Delivers consistent, high-quality work Understands the importance of client retention and building lasting relationships Is dependable, professional, and team-oriented Takes pride in maintaining a clean, polished workspace Is motivated to continue learning and growing as a stylist Understands the importance of recommending professional home-care products to maintain clients' results Brings a positive attitude and contributes to an upscale, welcoming salon culture Experience with balayage, blonding, dimensional color, lived-in color, extensions, or other specialty services is a plus.
