We specialize in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow services, and spray tanning. We aim to maintain a fun but relaxing atmosphere, always providing the highest standard of service, remembering the little things about our clients, and making them feel special. Since you're seeing these clients every two to three weeks, we're focused on building long-term relationships, not just appointments. That's the vibe we protect. What We're Looking For The ideal fit is someone who: Wants to build a real, long-term career in lashes, not just pass through on the way to something else Has some experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry, whether that's lashes specifically or another service like skin, brows, or hair, and wants to grow into lash artistry Thinks the best of people and respects client trust Obsesses over that "mirror reveal" moment with first-time clients Believes in being early, dependable, and professional Is a team player who loves contributing to a positive salon culture Isn't afraid to ask questions, learn, and grow Shows up authentically, motivated, and ready to impact clients' lives Needs a schedule that flexes with real life, we'll work with you to build hours that actually fit Not a Fit If You thrive on gossip or negativity You struggle with punctuality You only see this role as a stepping stone to working solo in the next one to five years Responsibilities Apply lash extensions, lash lifts, and other esthetic services with precision and artistry Consult with clients and recommend styles that enhance their natural beauty Educate clients on aftercare and retail products Check clients in and out using our POS system Maintain a pristine, sanitary lounge at all times Continue growing your skills with ongoing training and education Requirements Current WA esthetician or cosmetologist license (or graduating soon, please include your anticipated date) Passion for the beauty industry and empowering women Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Ability to maintain sanitation and industry standards Black scrub uniform required (top and pants) Lash experience is a plus but not required.
