Steele Barber Roosevelt is seeking talented Barbers and Licensed Cosmetologists to join our team. Whether you're an experienced professional or a newer barber looking to refine your skills alongside experienced mentors, we'd love to meet you. If you take pride in delivering precision haircuts, beard services, and outstanding customer service in a collaborative environment, you'll fit right in. Duties Provide exceptional haircutting and grooming services customized to each guest's needs. Perform a variety of barbering and grooming services including precision haircuts, clipper cuts, scissor cuts, fades, beard trims, neck shaves, styling, and gray blending tailored to each guest's needs. Deliver an outstanding guest experience by listening to client preferences and making personalized recommendations. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for workstations, tools, and equipment. Recommend retail products and additional services that support guests' grooming goals. Stay current on haircutting techniques, trends, and industry education. Build lasting relationships that encourage guest loyalty and repeat business. Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented culture. Requirements Current Washington State Barber License or Cosmetology License. Experience providing men's haircutting and grooming services is preferred. Strong clipper and scissor cutting skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude. Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety practices. A passion for continued education, personal growth, and delivering exceptional service.
