Acacia Hair Salon is looking for a motivated, friendly Junior Stylist to join our team! This position is perfect for a newer stylist who is excited to grow their skills, build a clientele, and learn alongside an experienced salon team. Responsibilities Provide haircuts, color, styling, and other services within your current skill level Deliver a welcoming and professional experience to every client Perform consultations and recommend appropriate services and products Assist senior stylists when needed and learn through hands-on experience Continue developing skills through education, coaching, and practice Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon Rebook clients and work toward building a consistent clientele Support the salon team during downtime What We're Looking For Current Washington State Cosmetology License Positive, dependable, and team-oriented Excited to learn and receive feedback Strong communication and customer service skills Passion for hair, beauty, and continuing education Willingness to grow in areas such as cutting, color, blonding, styling, and product knowledge What We Offer Supportive, fun, team-focused salon environment Hands-on training and mentorship Opportunities for continuing education Opportunity to build your clientele Clear path for growth into a Stylist position Employee product and service perks This is a great opportunity for a newer stylist who wants the support of an established salon while developing the skills and confidence to become a successful stylist.
