We believe in empowering our stylists with the tools and support needed to thrive professionally and personally. You retain 100% of your sales and service fees in exchange for time in our chair. Our flexible packages allow you to create your own schedule and only pay for chair time you will actually use. Requirements Valid Wisconsin cosmetology or barbering license. Professional Liability insurance with $1M/$3M limits. A registered LLC with the state of Wisconsin. Obtain any necessary establishment license for chair/booth. Embark on a rewarding venture of being your own boss and launching or growing your own business. This is not an employed position, this is an independent contractor owning and operating their own limited liability corporation inside of Glow Salon Appleton. Our team of leaders and there to support you in obtaining the necessary business documents, referrals for insurance providers, and business development and marketing opportunities. Our stations are fully furnished and turnkey to start tomorrow. Our chair packages are designed with you in mind, with 4 flexible options that allow you to purchase time in the chair and pay for what you use. Packages start at $300 monthly.
